Kimberly Nicholas is a Professor of Sustainability Science at Lund University in Sweden and an internationally recognised expert on climate change and the wine sector. Raised on a family vineyard in Sonoma, California, she completed her PhD at Stanford University on the impacts of climate change on viticulture. Her research focuses on sustainable food systems, climate adaptation, and the future of wine-growing regions, helping producers and policymakers develop resilient strategies for a changing climate
