Specialist in agronomy and plant breeding, he has nearly 20 years of international experience in innovation applied to vines and fruit trees. After working in France, India, and Argentina, he developed expertise in tropical viticulture, nursery systems, and varietal selection. He is currently Scientific Director, leading global breeding programmes for table grapes, cherries, and blueberries, integrating genomics and new breeding techniques with the aim of developing innovative, sustainable, and commercially viable varieties.
