1995 – 2009. Independent consultant in drug discovery and development. Canterbury. UK.

1993 – 2014. Established small commercial vineyard with winery in Canterbury, UK. Here I obtained practical experience in viticulture and enology.

2002 to present. Research in wine oxidation mainly in my own laboratory but also with other groups at Plumpton College, UK; Pennsylvania State University; Australian Wine Research institute and University of Adelaide and University of Auckland, NZ.
