On January 30, the IVES association's general meeting was held, which manages international publications in Open Acess, including the journal OenoOne.
This event also led to the signature of the agreement between the University of Bordeaux and IVES to support the development of OenoOne and other types of upcoming publicity.
As of 2019, the launch of "Technical Reviews" is planned, bringing together technical notes for practitioners in the wine sector.
On January 31, the event continued at Château d'Yquem with a day of international scientific communications.
The presence of many foreign colleagues during these two days, including some from the US or New Zealand attests to the wide interest generated by the newspaper OenoOne.
International Viticulture and Enology Society (IVES)

Founded in 2017 by a group of unrivaled universities and research institutes, it aims to make the results of scientific research in these fields freely accessible and free of charge.
IVES publishes the open access journal OENO One.
OENO One, vine and wine open access journal
Founded in 2016, this journal of scientific publications takes over from the International Journal of Wine and Wine Sciences after 50 years of existence. OENO One is a peer reviewed journal and one of the world's leading references in this field. It has an exceptional editorial board, consisting of two highly recognized editors and associate editors who cover a wide variety of fields in viticulture and oenology. IVES aims to launch two new journals in the next two years: n IVES conference series - viticulture and enology The aim of this journal is to gather and make freely accessible and free online proceedings of international congresses. It will be published in English. n IVES technical reviews - vine and wine This review will be dedicated to the transfer of research results in viticulture and oenology to professionals in the sector: advice, oenologists, agronomists, viticultural operators, equipment manufacturers, biotechnology and chemical industries etc. The sources will come from the journal OENO One as well as other journals of scientific and technical publications. It will be published in German, English, Spanish, French, Italian and Portuguese. These two new journals will be available for free online!
