Diplôme Universitaire d'Aptitude à la Dégustation (DUAD - University Diploma in Wine-Tasting Expertise)
Objectif de la formation
Obtain very high-level training in wine tasting.
The training delivered on the DUAD program consists of theoretical classes on all aspects of tasting from the vine to the wine, on the one hand, and practical, analytical and descriptive tasting exercises, on the other.
The expertise acquired on the DUAD program is recognized throughout the industry.

Course structure
The training is delivered from October to May (on Monday mornings and Friday afternoons).
Organizational structure of training
This training, lasting 166 hours, is proposed in two weekly sessions: on Mondays from 9:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and Fridays from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., to minimize disruption to the working week.

Applicants must be qualified to Baccalauréat (French secondary school-leaving certificate) level:
