Scientific project
GREThA focuses its research on three programs (Land Use and Industry; Wellbeing, Environment & Development; Market & Financial Structures). The type of work carried out by GREThA reflects the scientific strategy that the unit is seeking to adopt in the context of its attachment to the CNRS (National Center for Scientific Research) and the desire to promote the dissemination and excellence of research in economic science at the University of Bordeaux and on the Bordeaux site, i.e.: positioning vis-à-vis related topics and those with substantial interdisciplinary content (economics of science, economics of technology transfer; bio-economics; analysis of complex systems; etc.); high level of integration into national and international research networks; contribution to the dynamics of IdEx Bordeaux (LabEx COTE; CIS Innovativité); etc.
GREThA is also deeply involved in numerous partnerships with the socio-economic world at the regional, national and European levels. Through the Via-Inno platform in particular, the laboratory is seeking to implement a commercial development strategy that completely integrates the socioeconomic and scientific aspects of this field, by forging close relationships between transfer activities (competencies and methodologies) and developing joint research projects with the partners concerned (industrial or institutional). The Chair of Regional Excellence in Innovation Economics, and the Competitive Intelligence Openlab developed in a contract with the PSA Peugeot Citroën Group, are two illustrations of initiatives carried out by GREThA at this level.
